Hard to believe that Oliver turned 8 weeks old this week - it seems like just yesterday we were guessing the date he would be born and marveling over the size of my belly. Now we are marveling over how big Oliver is - and how quickly he is growing. On Tuesday he weighed 12 pounds 3 ounces and was about 24 inches long - he was 8 pounds 3 ounces when he was born and 21 inches long.
In addition to doing a massive amount of growing, Oliver has also become much more aware of his surroundings.
He has discovered his hands and now seems to always have his hand and/or rattle in his mouth.
He has also discovered pretty girls (and they have discovered him).
Funny how they already look like they got caught being mischievous -- Newburyport watch out - these two could be trouble.
Molly loooooves Oliver. She misses him. So do I -- can I steal him again?
