Dirt-patch play

Despite our best attempts, out lawn is not coming in very well. Depending on the day, we usually have a dirt patch or a mud bowl, with a few patches of green thrown in, rather than a nice rolling, soft, green lawn. Oliver seems fine with this. In fact, he chooses to play in the dirt patches rather than the green areas.

The other day Oliver's friends, Maggie and Tommy, came over and joined in the dirt-patch fun. Oliver loves Maggie and Tommy and is excited that Monday is their last day of school so he can have more time with them.
